From the South – Take the A1 or M1, then take the A64 York and Malton bypasses, followed by the A169 to Pickering.
On reaching Pickering you will come to a roundabout, turn left, follow the road and you will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn right here and follow this road for 4 miles and you will reach the village of Newton-upon-Rawcliffe.
Once in the village you will see a church on your right, followed by a row of terraced cottages, shortly afterwards you will see a driveway on the right hand side of the road, with a white sign on the wall saying Manor farm. Turn down this driveway and you will see the Granary on the right, at the end of the driveway.(If you get to the village pub you have gone too far).
Parking is directly ahead of you in the main yard, with ample private parking.

From the North – Approach Pickering on the A170 Thirsk to Scarborough road.
On reaching Pickering you will come to a set of traffic lights, turn left and follow this road for 4 miles and continue as above.

Please note sat navs sometimes send you to another Granary which is situated down a drive next door to the pub! Please look out for the white sign Manor farm, when in the village, the Granary is located down this driveway, approx. 70 metres from the village pub.
